Elaborate or intimate
It’s decision time! Do I want an intimate dinner for a few guests; make the party elaborate and glamorous, a trendy or a
traditional occasion? Should the celebration be held indoors, in a marquee in the garden, in a room in the house, or at a
stately home?
We will work personally with you to design and manage your celebration. Significance will provide you, as the host, with the reassurance and support to make sure that you relax and enjoy the party as
much as your guests do.
Designing a fabulous and fantastic celebration

The management fee for our services will vary according to the event and will be set after discussion with the client. Our prices
are competitive and all budgets are catered for. So call us for a no-obligation discussion or meeting.
Payment Terms
If you decide to use Significance then payment is required in three instalments for management time input as follows:
- You will need to return a signed copy of a contract with a 40% payment of the total management fee
- A further 20% of the total management fee is required one month after this date
- The remainder of the total balance must be paid 21 days prior to the event
All travel expenses are inclusive for parties taking place within a 50 mile radius of the office near Newmarket, Suffolk,
excluding accommodation costs. Expenses for accommodation and travel costs for events beyond 50 miles will be charged to the
client with an estimate provided and agreed in advance.
Significance will negotiate all costs for you and ensure you have visibility throughout the project against the
budget you have defined. If there are any additional requirements, then these will be carried out with your consent in writing.
However, any supplier invoices — for example, for the venue, for the caterer and for the photographer — are the
responsibility for direct settlement by the client. Significance will request that suppliers send their invoices to the client.
